Our Office
Central Arkansas TMJ and Sleep was founded to serve the patients across our region who have spent years searching for answers — patients whose headaches, jaw pain, and restless nights were dismissed, misdiagnosed, or left untreated by providers unfamiliar with these conditions. Too many people in Central Arkansas have been told their pain is stress, or anxiety, or simply something they must live with. We knew that wasn't good enough. This practice was built on the belief that TMD, sleep apnea, and craniofacial pain are real, diagnosable, and treatable conditions that deserve specialized, compassionate attention — not a referral to another waiting room.
Our mission is to provide personalized care for TMD, sleep apnea and craniofacial pain to restore quality of life — one patient at a time.
Our office is located at 3201 Club Manor Drive Ste A in Maumelle, Arkansas. You can reach us via phone at 501-851-3262.
Meet Your Provider
Bryan Austin, DDS
Specializing in TMD, Sleep Apnea & Craniofacial Pain
Dr. Bryan A. Austin graduated from Magnolia High School. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Central Arkansas and obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at Baylor College of Dentistry.
He belongs to the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Central District Dental Society, Pulaski Dental Learning Society, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics.
With years of dedicated clinical experience evaluating and treating TMD and sleep apnea patients, Dr. Austin brings both the depth of specialty training and the breadth of real-world case experience that complex conditions require.
Many of our patients have visited multiple providers before arriving here. That journey matters to us. We take time to listen, investigate, and build a treatment plan around you — not a protocol. If you have felt dismissed or wondered whether anyone truly understands what you're experiencing, you've come to the right place.
